The Advantages of Off-Site Catering Services

Catering is usually an integral part of any event. For your event to be successful, you need to be careful when choosing catering services. One of the things you may be concerned about is the setting. Different catering service companies offer both off-site and on-site services. Therefore, you need to make up your mind early  whether you want the services brought to your location or your party taken to their event space.

About Me

Getting great catering

I work in staff training and I have to cater up to 20 sessions a day for lunch and snacks. We prepare some food in-house but also use some local food services companies to provide us with dishes we can't make in the kitchenettes on site or to bring in extra food when demand is higher than we expect. I started this blog as I know a lot of company administrators face similar issues in trying to cater for different amounts of food and dietary requirements on different days. This blog has my tips from having catered training sessions for the last 15 years.
